Using Gua Sha Hot & Cold

Hot Gua Sha

To relax muscles and promote deeper relaxation, you can warm your Gua Sha tool by placing it in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. A warm tool is great for easing tension and enhancing the absorption of facial oils and serums.

Cold Gua Sha

For a refreshing and de-puffing effect, store your Gua Sha tool in the fridge before use. The cold temperature helps to reduce puffiness, tighten pores, and soothe irritated skin. It’s especially beneficial in the morning or after a long day.
