Cherry angiomas are small, bright red spots that usually appear on the skin due to the clustering of small blood vessels. These benign growths are most common in adults over 30 and can vary in size. While they are typically found on the torso, they can appear anywhere on the body. The red appearance of these spots is due to the blood vessels that form them, making them particularly noticeable.
